"Reached out to Megan and her office for a quote. Was connected to Kristin, she was excellent. Providing me a great quote and going through all the policies I needed. The day we submitted the polices was hectic, as I was also buying a car, turning in 2 cars and was removing and adding vehicles, having issues with multiple car dealers, but Kristin was able to assist and get the dealership what was needed. Great service, would definitely recommend."

"Kristen was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. We had previously had a different agent through this office and got great service but this time it was like pulling teeth. Kristen had talked to my partner and over quoted them. I called back and she was very obviously frustrated and short over the phone. We could not afford higher coverage and I felt like she thought we were just wasting her time. Got quoted for almost 100 dollars cheaper through progressive."
